Early Access Features You Can Use Today

Explore the first set of features available today in MyndBase, from agentic workflows to persistent file storage and custom AI skills.

Early Access Features You Can Use Today

MyndBase is currently in its early access stage. We have released the first set of features to give people a practical starting point for building AI-powered systems around their work. These features represent the beginning of what we are building, rather than the full scope of our vision. To learn about our future vision, click here.

Today, you can already use MyndBase to build workflows, connect organizational data, define AI skills, and give AI controlled access to external services.

Agentic Workflows

MyndBase allows you to build workflows where AI agents can perform multiple steps as part of a larger process. You can configure agents with different AI models, instructions, skills, files, and connected services. Workflows can be run manually, scheduled to run automatically, or triggered by events such as a new file being added to storage.

You can also include human approval steps where an action requires review before the workflow continues. This gives you a starting point for moving repetitive or multi-step processes into an AI-powered workflow.

File Storage

MyndBase provides structured storage for the files and documents your organization works with. Files can be organized into folders within departments and used by workflows and AI agents as part of their context.

This allows your AI workflows to work with your own documents and organizational information rather than operating only on general knowledge.

AI Skills

Skills allow you to define how an AI agent should perform a particular type of work. You can provide instructions, rules, evaluation criteria, or other operational knowledge and attach these skills to your workflows and agents.

For example, you can create a skill for evaluating candidates, reviewing documents, or following a specific internal process. Skills are an important part of our direction toward making AI understand not only what a task is, but how your organization expects that task to be performed.

Plugins

MyndBase can connect AI workflows with external services such as Slack. Plugins are designed with organizational control in mind.

An administrator can first connect and configure a plugin at the organization level, including the overall permission scopes available to the integration. Access can then be managed at the workspace level. Administrators can choose which workspaces can use the connected service and which specific tools or permissions are exposed to workflows in that workspace.

This allows organizations to introduce external tool access while maintaining control over where and how AI can use those services.

A Starting Point, Not the Finish Line

These features are the first practical layer of MyndBase. They allow you to start building AI workflows today, but our vision goes beyond workflows and automation. We are working toward a system that can understand how an organization operates, how its information is connected, and how its processes evolve over time.

The features available today are the foundation from which we want to build that larger system. To learn more about our future vision, click here.
